For GreenAppX 's managed services customers, when your GreenAppX account is established, your employer is asked for certain information, including personal information by which you can be identified, such as your name, employment address, work-related phone number, and work-related email address. This profile information is used to create a GreenAppX account for you and allows us to tailor GreenAppX to your needs, communicate with you when necessary and understand what kind of advertising or promotions may interest you. This information will also be used to bill your company and receive payment from your company when subscription fees are charged for access to premium services on the GreenAppX site. We will use this personal information to contact you when necessary with respect to your GreenAppX account. We also collect and maintain personal information which is useful for compiling aggregate user profile data, such as geographic information, role-related information and zip code. This aggregate data is used for market analysis.
